My brother was falsely banned and was never replied to about what he did wrong.

Topic. My brother, Daxturus#3125, was banned for harassment. Now, I know him IRL, and he wouldn't harass anyone. He asked the moderators what was wrong, and they only said his account wouldn't be brought back. He only really talks to me and 1 other person, so I don't know who else could have reported him. He's been using discord for a while now, and it's the only way he can contact his friend. I don't know what's going on! PLEASE HELP!
