The new mobile UI and unnecessary changes

This update is honestly the most bafflingly disgusting change to a once great UI, I can't even begin to comprehend why you thought this was a good idea. First off, the chatbox was modified. This is minor and just a nitpick which I disliked, the second thing that comes to mind is also the weird removal of quick mentions by clicking someone's profile picture. But the big one is how bringing up the channel list works now, I don't know what made this decision happen, but this is by far the worst Discord has ever looked. Whoever had the idea to make the chatbox be tucked to the side when you try to bring up the channel list instead of having it get dragged into the screen needs to seriously reconsider, not only is this aesthetically unpleasant but it's also incredibly confusing and disorienting, nobody asked for you to change the UI into this absolute mess and I think I speak to every single user that these changes are reverted, and if the Discord team is dead set on this awful new UI then at least give us the option to revert to the older UI, because we don't like this and the old UI I simply objectively better. This is by far the worst update to ever disgrace Discord

    There is supposedly a way to revert.

    I have found exactly one person who likes it, but we have THREE PAGES of feedback threads hating on the new UI.

    I honestly like the new chatbox. Granted it looks exactly like Facebook Messenger but still. As for the new UI, I agree it sucks. It is totally unnecessary to navigate through multiple things to get to where we need to go. ESPECIALLY our Blocked Users List. It can be found in our settings in "My Account". Thats horrible. I like the old version much better.

    I honestly wouldn't care that much, but now instead of the back button just closing the chat list, it closes the whole app, and it's the most annoying thing to me by far.  it does look like garbage though.
