Ability to resize Emoji/GIF picker vertically

I personally like the new emoji/GIF picker on discord. It is a bit easier to see and use now that the overall interface is bigger, and being able to resize it horizontally helps. But what is the reasoning for not being able to resize it vertically? It seems like it has almost been intentionally left out and I don't understand why. It would be much easier to scroll through the list if we could make it taller. At the moment, when I scroll with my mouse it tends to move down/up several lines of emojis so I have to use the little scroll bar on the side often to actually use the emoji I want. Not to mention that it also gets more difficult to find emojis when you don't have a very large vertical viewing range.

If this feature were added, in my opinion it would be a lot easier to view and select emojis.
