Helpdesk of Discord is incredibly bad.

First of all there is not even a call option. I have contacted Discord regarding my blocked account 3 days ago through a ticket and Twitter, still no reply from Discord. I run a server on that account and I need to wait days, maybe weeks for just a reply.

  I'm having the exact same issue. My account has been disabled for about 70 hours now, and discord support has yet to respond. I've tried messaging them through Twitter as well. I'm fine with them taking their time, but I'd like to make sure my account isn't deleted for good.

  They are utter garbage in my experience. If you account has been disabled for a supposed violation of terms of usage, they don't want, they don't say when or where and there is no recource.
