problem connecting to the broadcast from the phone

After a recent update, when you enter any broadcast (from the phone), eternal download occurs. Problems connected with the Internet - it can’t be. The internet is good. What is the problem?

  I have the same problem!!! With my phone or tablet I'm not able to see the stream since it constantly loading but with my pc I'm able to see it!!! Please fix it!!!!
