PRIVATE SERVER - COMMUNITY SERVER

The main problem of Discord is the feature "free create server", in this way many communities struggle to grow because many people create their server in which they invite members through spam. I don't want to pay for creating a server, but I would like discord gives more features to communities servers and less features to private servers. The people should be encouraged to join in a community (where they can find new friends, play with other players, have fun etc), while they can continue to create free server but with restrictions (like less rooms,roles etc compared to a community server)

Teamspeak has not this problem for example
I love so much discord, I hope this feedback can be considered
