New ping

Basically you will be able to ping people that are currently viewing the channel where you sent the ping. It would be useful for events or giveaways... or even just if you wanna tell all of the people chatting in a certain channel to slow down with the spam, etc. E.g. @ChannelPing or anything you'd want, but adding this would actually be useful.
