Channel Visibility while Not Reading

Hello. How is this not an option yet? 

As a server owner, I want my lower rank members to SEE that there's a higher rank room, without being able to READ the messages.

Yes, yes, i know i can remove the message HISTORY which doesn't hide messages for them once they're in the actual server. It's useless, and not a compensation.

What's up discord? Why have you ignored this for years?
