iOS 13 - tapping the top of the screen no longer autoscrolls to the top of the channel list

Since the last update, on iOS 13, tapping the top of the screen on the channel list doesn’t scroll to the top of the list automatically. This behavior worked before this current update.

Deleted and reinstalled. Still occurs. Disconnected from WiFi, still occurs. I don't use battery-saving mode.

It appears to happen in all servers.
