Play Spotify and Souncloud in messages at a lower volume

I can't tell you how many times my ears have been blown out after I click on a message with an embedded spotify or soundcloud link. When music is played through a discord message, make it so it starts playing at a lower volume, and give us the option to change it. The main thing is to fix music playing at FULL volume every time you click play.
