My account has been disabled

So yesterday i got this email saying i had spammed people and joined servers too fast and that in result my account has been disabled. i was trying to join a new community seeing how i got banned from my last .i was also dmed my second (this account) a heap of links to discord servers in case i wanted to stay in them 

i have tried emailing the support team and i still have no response does anyone know these things :
Is it disabled for ever or is it a few days?

how long does it take the support team to respond ?
