A Steam like Overlay

We want a Ingame Overlay like Steam with a cool looking Friendlist, The Playtime of The Game and everything. Its like a complete Discord shortcut If you dont want to tab out of The Game.

I already know there ist a Overlay for Discord but its Not as useful as ut could be.

    I think there is something like shift+` that will let you open full overlay like steam have.
