(suggestion) bots can trigger other bots with commands

When running a big discord server, not one bot can do all asks. So, multiple bots are require. When I am not available, I made a bot for that. But it will be extremely helpful if it could trigger other bot's commands. Please help.

  I know this is kinda old topic but still many people want this feature so i thought it would be best to bring it into discord's attention
