Marking images NSFW like a Spoiler

I love the Spoiler feature but it would be nice if we could spoiler things as NSFW as to clarify as some people don't mark their spoiler stuff as having NSFW content in it so I open it to a horrible surprise. It would be nice if you could make certain roles not be able to open NSFW or spoiled posts specifically but still be able to be in the chats their in.

  i agree discord needs to add this because there are trolls in some servers who like to post gore,NSFW,ect so this is a good idea
