Recommendation: Perpetual Application Attenuation

Remember when Skype was a thing, whenever you got in calls with someone the volume of all other applications and games was lowered automatically and kept that way until you exited call?  It would be wonderful to have that feature so I don't have to go into each individual game's volume settings and lower it so I can hear what the other person is saying, then go back and reset it soon as the call is over which is a hassle.  Right now we only have temporary Attenuation when others speak or when we speak, causing the volume to go up and down and it's really jarring.  Me no likey.   Plz fixy. Thank you.
