Allow powerless users to mute notifications to their own involuntarily-assigned role
Two months ago (2020-04-07) discord added this ability to mute pinging to roles by other people/roles, only for server admins to manage.

This is in response to https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360029420492-Allow-muting-notifications-by-role
This new permission role out is totally missing the point for users who do not have permission to control their own role.
Users get auto-assigned a role, but cannot remove a role, and others abuse it to ping instead of using @everyone or @here.
Let the powerless user mute this involuntary-role-assignment-ping.
As George Carlin said in Euphemisms: "Involuntary recipient of s****".
Many other posts tried to give solutions, however, at this moment, some are nice but does not help, yet others does not address this specific problem and blame the user, which is similar to victim-stigmatization.
