Either allow more than 10 people in group DMs or allow us to ring everybody when starting a call in a server/ring individuals in a server

I am in a group DM with 10 friends but there are more I want to add. I made a server so more than 10 people could join but we can't ring everyone at once or ring individuals, which is why we kept the group DM for so long. Honestly I would prefer having more than 10 people in a group DM but I don't see why these features can't be added.
