Gif Menu won't scroll down

For some reason, whenever I try to use gifs using the menu at the bottom right of the screen, I can't scroll down to select older gifs. With my favorites menu, I can at least scroll down a small bit before it comes back up. However, I can't choose anything below what discord thinks is the "bottom"- even though more gifs are available below it. Any help?

    I'm having the same problem. When I first got discord it was fine. Now I can't get passed the third row of GIFs. What is going on with the discord!
