Better looking and clickable quotes

Quotes showing Avatar and Name, and redirected to that message if clicked.

This way it will be easier to understand for other server members to which person someone is answering to, especially if it is an old message.

In addition, I think it is generally a better looking, and user friendly design than the current one :]
