Add a way to disable video of someone for everyone (Just for admins)
If you are admin you can disable someones voice (for everyone) and can disallow them to hear others. So it also would be cool if admins would be allowed to disallow user to share his video.
This would be useful when someone is showing mature content on his cam or something like that.
