Ability to mention anyone online (except for bots)

There should be the ability to @mention anybody that is online. It could be @online. I think it would help with a lot of servers that are doing a server wide contest, or are hosting a community project.

    It's called @here, it pings everyone online who can see the channel you're pinging from.

    harry is right. if you dont wanna ping or annoy anybody you can just use @here. <3
