viewing more streams and re-streams

Not all my friends are streamers but i share their gameplay from discord stream on my Twitch stream as a multi view.  Would like an option to capture a internet source for my obs. So viewers are able to view multi streams at once like with http://www.multitwitch.tv/ . Amulti view would be nice as well in discord of stream but screen capture is not possible because as people come in and out i am constantly resizing my capture which takes forever and can only stream one person as it it,.  A link source to stream  per individual streaming to discord would be great i just got to add the url. You can add an overlay or use a discord symbol to show it is being streamed to discord regardless where the restream goes
