Emoji size selection?

So I'm aware that there's already a handful of posts about this, but I haven't seen a recent one. There's one post that I've seen that boasted well over 10.000 upvotes which was about increasing the emote size, as back then the emotes were even smaller. 

What I've noticed though is that there's a group of people that don't want bigger emotes and another group that wants bigger emotes. Wouldn't it be possible to add a dropdown or radio button option in the text options menu where we get to select our emote size?

25px > 50px > 75px > 100px > 125px > 150px.

These should be plenty of different choices for people to go on. Emotes started out very simple with just the orange smiley faces, but nowadays people have made much more complex emotes that basically require them to be a bit larger. When we're using the browser version, it's possible to make an overwriting css file that boosts their size, but that'd require us to make manual changes. If the other person you're sending these emotes to has to lean into the screen just to see them, that's not really desired. Honestly same with emotes on phones, I really have to shove my phone into my face to see them. Having the option to increase or decrease their size would benefit both parties and would allow for even more "detailed" emotes.

If something like this cannot be done, would someone mind explaining me why?
