Bot that changes channel name when specific text is sent in chat

Hi! I have a Minecraft server that is linked to my Discord server using a plug-in and bot. I want to have a locked voice channel that no one could or should join that just displays the status of the server like:

✅Server Online✅

or

❌Server Offline❌

And there would be a bot that detects these messages from the chat bot:

and when it's detected, it would change the voice channel's name accordingly.

Is there any way for this? Thanks!
