Custom Shortcuts

Y’know how you can type /shrug or /tableflip, and it’ll automatically send the emoticon for you? You should let us make custom ones. I. e., an interface where we name the shortcut and then in a separate box we put what it would say, with, maybe, a 30 character cap.

Example:

Shortcut: /lenny

Output: *a lenny face*
