Adding Low quality for streams/screenshares

Hi! I just wanted to suggest having lower quality options for streams (360 and 480p) as the current 720p which is lowest is quite expensive for people on Mobile data and/or limited internet and it's a feature we all love! Regards

  honestly even lower then that, cause not everyone has good download or upload(i am one of these, lower then 1mbps sucks, how the hell did i survive dial up?), or are restricted to having to use wholly their mobile data to get anything done.
