Cannot invite

We have got some troubles to invite my friends to our server since a few days before, around June 8.

The invite dialog hangs on retrieving the friend list as below on PC, and mobile apps of both iPhone and Android never show the invite item in our server menu.

Note our server provides invite functions for users with some additional roles, not for @everyone.
