Translate text option

I use a server - [MaY}TheForceBeWithYou - that is used by one group in an on-line game (GOTPC) and the group is multinational speaking French, English and German. Having a spot that would translate highlighted text or chosen message would be very helpful.  I have to copy he message and translate in a different app right now.
