The Help Center search tool doesn't go to a forum with open or resolved issues.

Every time I try to use the search tool on the Help Center web page (support.discord.com) I get a list of posts by people having the same issue as me, but the response is always that the ticket is being closed because it's the feedback section.  I expect to see a public discussion thread where a shared issue is discussed and the solution is posted for all of us to apply, not just force everyone to open a private support ticket.  My issue is one one computer I see high CPU usage by the Discord app, but on another computer I don't.  Many people have been reporting the same issue for over a year, but there is no public discussion thread about it.

It would be beneficial to the Discord community if the Discord support team included a public support forum in addition to the feedback system and private support request system.  It should even benefit the Discord support team because users would find existing solutions before opening private support requests.
