Disable certain Clyde messages

I find Clyde annoying, to say the least. "This emoji doesn't work here because it's from a different server." Yes Clyde, I know I am a peasant, please stop kicking me in the balls because I don't pay Discord for ends that do not justify their means (global emojis, animated pfp, the list goes on).

"Your message could not be delivered because you don't share a server with the recipient or you disabled direct messages on your shared server, recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends, or you were blocked by the recipient." Hey Clyde, could you narrow it down for me? I thought the job of Sherlock went to you. At the very least, have them give me a custom message saying why they don't want DMs.

TL;DR Clyde sucks, plz fix
