"Claim your nitro" bot scam

So, i got this DM from a bot called "Claim your nitro" bot which told me that i could get free nitro by clicking a "link" to accept and add the bot. This bot is obviously a scam which needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. This bot is not a ip logger its basically a server nuker.

    ok so my friend clicked on this for some reason and added it to our personal server. i already enabled 2fa and changed my password. we kicked it after a minute of being in the server, can anything happened to my account or the server now?

    I believe it has now changed its name to "Claim Your Gift", atleast that's who i received a similar message from.

    I got this message earlier too. The username is now "© Claim Your Gift" or this is a similar scam account presumably made by the same people. I really hope discord does something about this, but for now block and do not interact with them.

    Me and 2 of my friends got it. I believed it until I remembered scamming was a thing-

    It was ©Accept Your Nitro#9442 like some of you guys. Sent twice. 1 time with @Rayla and 1 time without. Kinda fishy to me

    If you receive one of these messages there is a good chance it was added to a server you are in. Check for mutual servers and warn the mods or admins of any servers found.

    hey all, just came back to say that now discord has taken precaution or something like that because the contact is now called  Fake / Scam Bot#9442 . Literally fake scam bot. its great that they have taken precautions

    Hello people, just like you I also got that message to the private bot scam, a person from my server added it and in the audit logs I think I create an invitation, be careful with that, greetings
