please tell us how to turn off the inbox crap

i dont like yet another notificationof the EXACT SAME INFO i already ignore, now its a new red light distracting my attention that i need for other things. AND i dont see any options to turn it off or remove it, i hear its experimental and only select users got it, can you like not select me for this crap  inthe future like let us check box a box that opts us out? and ffs stop adding icons to an already clustefucked layout, you getting as bad as a metro or cricket cell phone wih no space to see content or a porn site with all its adds on the side, i just want disord and the chat room i dont need any extra bs for other typesoif channels, we only chat on here thats it and most of that is voic for gaming....
