TTS for joining, leaving, muting, etc.

This option would allow the user to use TTS for different sounds, such as joining a channel, being moved, or muting. For example, for muting, the TTS would say, your mic was muted. For being moved, the TTS would say, you were moved.

You should also be able to select one of a few different voices for the TTS.

    Nice. Also it should be customizable. For example, you should be able to upload your  audio clips that indicate an action
