Help needed

Time based request needed in less than 14 days: So a Discord friend of mine was trying to log back into her account. However, she accidentally entered the wrong year in her date and now her account is disabled and most likely scheduled for deletion. Now she did make another account to let me know but she wants to try to get her original account back. Now, I’ve been looking around a bit and not finding any answers. Or, I’m not looking hard enough. Either way, I’m trying to find a way to contact the Discord Support Team. Problem is, I don’t know how to. I’m aware they have a Twitter but I’m not going to make a Twitter for something I’m just going to use once. So, could someone tell me how to message the support team?
