How to change my time settings?

Alright, so... Bit of an odd issue. My time is out of date on discord. It is out of date by nearly two hours, and is also in the 24 hour format, I have had this issue for a couple of days now, and has been annoying me since.

If there is any way to fix this, It'd be appreciated if you'd inform me as to fixing this issue. .

  Mine is like this too except it's an hour ahead, it bugs me too T_T please fix this dc!!

  I have same issue with chat times not matching the correct time. It makes things very confusing as to when someone actually sent the message when I was offline for the day and returning to catch up on events or responding to messages that may have been time sensitive. This is extremely annoying and should be fixed.
