Spamming/Raiding bot problem

So, i have found a spam bot that i got in my server, i tried to report (aka copy message link), but it doesn’t work! So i just could send this here? Thanks...( it spammed ALOT of GIFS in ALL channels and MENTIONS too....) please help...
