Add ability to choose if I want notifications or not due to server size

Just noticed that I am no longer getting mobile push notifications from one of the servers moderation channels due to Discord Mobile disabling them due to server size.

Could you add an option to manually choose which channels to force push notifications to go through so not only me could track messages easier while on mobile?
