[Bug] Dismissal x button on the banner not working

There is an x along the top blue announcement banner. Normally, this button will dismiss the announcement, but does not appear to be working. I believe this is a bug that is easy to fix. I case you do not understand which button I am referring to, I have linked a picture show which one it is.

  Open task manager, force quit discord (or potentially do a normal shut down. It worked for me after I did a force quit of discord), restart the program, then try the "X" again. This worked for me to avoid reading their announcement.

  It not working for this message in particular is a feature of agitprop, not a bug
