There are problems with racism and police brutality.
However, you have neither the methodology nor ideology to conquer it, for you already have submitted to it in your attempts of resistance. You will never/reduce racism nor police brutality with either your beliefs or methods. Authoritarianism only begets more authoritarianism, no matter how many times you try to call it democracy.

Racism is not a serious problem with police - excessive use of force, however, is. The statistics are clear on this: there is no significant difference in the racial distribution of those who are unjustly hurt by cops. Instead of leading a unified movement against the brutality BLM has become a racist, Marxist, anti-family movement (literally - read the hate speech on their site and from their leaders if you don't believe me). Their in bed with ANTIFA now, a movement they originally avoided because they were "too white". But now the anarchists have joined forces, and its up to the silent majority to get off its ass and DO something. We can start by punishing any company that supports the fascists.

discord is not the first company I've dropped. I changed banks, converted to linux, changed internet, etc because of all this. I highly encourage others to do the same, and tell people why you are leaving them.

People who want reform need to bring genuine, reasonable discussions to the table. Best Practices are always improving, little by little. Do you know how that happens? With honest and reasonable talks. Not by trying to take over. Not by scaring the hell out of normal everyday people who just want to live their lives. Not by calling for violence. Not with hatred and vitriol in your heart.

Nailed it! We the silent majority have about had enough of the BS between the very loud but very small groups staging a shouting war. It was tolerable when you kept the damage contained to your own sides but now your messing with the rest of us and that is unacceptable.

I'm honestly starting to wonder if the liberal Democrats are trying to instigate a civil war. Everything they say certainly suggests it. Oh sure, they'll be safe in their guarded compounds, because guns and walls are fine for them and their fascist buddies taking over cities. The rest of us will be ones paying for their naked attempt at a power grab.

I understand the frustration but ordinary citizens should not, under most circumstances, take the law into their own hands. What we're doing, talking about it, is important. It's important to stand up to the illiberal mob. It's important to make people understand that we are not racists. It's important to make people understand that we support basic human rights. It's up to law enforcement to do their jobs and prevent the looting and pillaging you mentioned.

FYI boys and girls, all this stuff, the racism issue, the feminist issue, etc. every social justice issue, is NOT about the issue they claim it's about. It's only about power and control. notice that there are more white people in BLM than blacks. Notice that women in feminism are just as toxic to other women as the men they portray as their enemies. notice that originally the BLM movement was about "fighting racism" and basically was about every race but whites... but now "white adjacents" (asians, light hispanics) are now being targeted as "white." it's not about the issue they say it's about, it's only about control and power. As soon as they get their power, they go for more, and target the next group which is often one of the very groups they were trying to defend in the first place. their goal is to keep the rules, the issues, the playing field, as ambiguous as possible so you can't know the rules, so you're distracted, so you are unsure of where the enemy lies. BLM is not about black lives, otherwise they would target black on black crime, help africans, and work to elevate the black community. They only succeed in trying to stir the pot so the black community ignites and tears down society for "them." I would strongly advise everyone to look one or two levels above the "social issues" of the decade, realize that there's something bigger going on, and it's a ploy to distract and dilute the real agenda at hand. I'm not a conspiracy theorist in the least, but all this I am 100% sure of.
