Age restriction

My friends account is going to be deleted because of him clicking a NSFW channel because it wasn't labelled and he's had discord for almost three years now and he always put appropriate topics on my discord and now his account will be deleted for being a year underage when his birthday is coming in 28 days and if his account were to be deleted the it basically would be insult to injury knowing that if he had clicked it 28 days later then he would be thirteen this year and not have this problem so, I'm asking if it's able to be disabled instead of deleted and I know the reason you'll say is it's against the ToS but back when he had discord 2-ish years ago this never happened and when he clicked NSFW channels he wouldn't go on them so, why has it changed now and can you give him his account back.
