Keybind still active after deletion

I created a keybind for "Toggle Mute" as a quick fix for some audio sensitivity issues I was having on an Audio Channel.  The lingering issue I am now facing is after deleting the keybind that specific key still toggles the mute feature and plays the sound every press, even if Discord isn't my active window. 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Discord Application for Windows 10, logging in/logging out, reassigning that same key with a new keybind and reassigning the "Toggle Mute" to a new key.  Nothing has worked.
