I changed my phone and things happened

i changed my phone and logged out of my account with 2fa and i didn't install the backup codes the code for the google authenticator app i don't have it i can't log into my account again, please make it so i can acces my account by you guys sending me a mail on my email so i can open my account again

    I have the same problem, I do not want to lose my account, so a solution can be produced by e-mail.
