[feature request] server notifications

Hello,

With the popularity of live streams growing, there are more and more fan discord servers that send a notification when the streamer goes live on Twitch (or mixer...lol, jk). the problem is, the notification shows a lot of useless information, like the sender name (usually some mod name), channel name etc. sometimes you can't even tell what server the notification is from. My suggestion is to add the ability to send server specific notifications. it will show the server "avatar", name of the streamer that goes online +description, and a link to the stream (all should be seen without having to click the notification) a click on the link should open a browser window with the stream.

EDIT: oh, I forgot another thing. when getting a notification while gaming in fullscreen, it should show it on a second monitor (if availiable). it's annoying to alt-tab just to see what that notification sound was about.
