Ability to show/hide your gaming status to specific users AND servers

The title should be self explanatory , i think it would be nice to have to some kind of blacklist/whitelist where the user decides if he wants to share or hide his/her gaming status to users AND servers.

For example , let's say me and my friend DOGGO are in a server , i might not want the whole server to see what i am playing, but i wouldn't mind if DOGGO can see, or the opposite case , i might be cool with the whole server seeing me play but i dont want DOGGO to see what i am playing.
