Restrict names/nicknames by both number of characters and physical size of string
The title is pretty much what i mean, but to go into more detail.
Names are limited to 32 characters, That's great, that's a pretty moderate and understandable character limit. However, the physical length of a string varies by the size of each character. Unicode has some pretty big characters as it's a pretty complex system
A few examples of what i actually mean:

Character: ﷽
This name, despite the sheer size of it, is only 32 characters long. Thus it fits and is allowed to be a name
Another example would be this:
