Who can view your favorite GIFS

I would like to suggest to add a way for others to view your favorite GIFS. You could make people click on the user's name then have another button that says "Favorite GIFS." It would also be nice to have in the user settings that will let you decide who you would like to share your favorite GIFS to.

  I'd rather if they didn't add this ngl, don't need people seeing my fav gifs.
