[Feature Request] Sensitive Content Markers

I'm requesting a popup window similar to how the NSFW Flag works, but would not require age verification. This would allow the separation of actual NSFW content and something like a venting text channel that everyone should have access to, while still warning them that there may be sensitive topics involved. It would increase community inclusion while still keeping those who don't want to see that kind of stuff accidentally safe
