I think when your 12 you should be able to have discord when your 13 you're barley any different. So why cant my 12 year old sister be on discord? I think that the 13 year old rule could be a little looser. Where i'm from most people have already seen naked men or woman and graphic scenes by 10. And by 12 they already have boyfriends and girlfriends. When you're 11 you enter middle school ( in America ) for most people. When you are 13 your in 7th grade ( in America ) so what makes it 13 different? Absolutely nothing except now your not a pre-teen you a teen teen.

  Gotta draw the line somewhere. That line is at 13.
  
  Many countries have laws about children having online accounts and those laws also draw the line at 13. Sorry kiddo, gonna have to wait.
