bot issues

a server i am on has 6 bots- the groovy bot, MEE6, dank memer, PluralKit, YAGPDB and ayana. i don’t know how to describe it, but the bot cards (for example, how groovy displays what song is currently playing) are not showing up. the only bot card that will show up is the one when you ask for your !rank. p l e a s e help me, i’m going slightly insane. i am on mobile, my app is updated, and no one else on my server seems to have any of these problems. thank u <3
