Title of Youtube videos do not update on Discord.

I made a typo in the title of a Youtube video I uploaded and edited it as soon as I noticed. However, the old title (the title with the typo) still appears whenever I post the video on Discord. This seems to happen to every video whenever the title of it is edited.
